OW2 actively participate in a handful of cloud projects, being one of the most active community in the open cloud field and continuously contributing to the promotion of interoperability efforts. This workshop will include:
- OpenCloudware Project Annual Conference. Opencloudware develops an Open Source vApp Lifecycle Management Solution for Multi-Cloud.
- OCEAN Project: the OCEAN creates synergies and develops interoperability among European open cloud collaborative R&D projects. Cedric Thomas, OW2 CEO, will also mention ow2stack testbed infrastructure.
- Cedexis EMEA/APAC CTO, Francois Aichelbaum will present the Cedexis radar (clouds and CDN networks performance monitor) and how it's interfacing to cloud infrastructures.
- Nu@ge approach to hybrid clouds for SMEs, from Marc Triboulet, NonStop Systems CEO
- MODACLOUDS Project, Andrey Sadovykh, Softeam.
- France Grilles: Yannick Legré, Senior Research Engineer at CNRS-IdGC will present France Grilles missions, recent cooperations with French clouds projects and with Asia-Pacific projects.
- CompatibleOne leader Jean-Pierre Laisné will reveal CompatibleOne news. He will also answer to questions related to the Cloud Interoperability week in Madrid and the benefits for Open Cloud projects to participate to such test sessions and tutorials in 2014.
In the paper we present a sample from OpenCloudware results demonstrating in particular a complete mechanism, comprising: application selection, deployment, benchmarking.
